Review: Face Studio Master Glaze Blush by Maybelline

While roaming through Target, I spotted the new Maybelline Master Glaze cream blush sticks and grabbed the two shades Warm Nude and Make a Mauve.

I had not done much research into the product so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
The official description:

Why You’ll Love It
-Cheeks go dewy and gently glazed with this portable, creamy blush stick.
-Glazed pearls + a shea butter glide provide blendable, natural color and smooth, even application.
-Fragrance Free. Non-comedogenic. Suitable for all skin types.

Expert Tip: Rushed for time? Master Glaze can also be used on eyes or lips for a sheer color glaze wherever you need it.” (Maybelline.com)

The blush stick is small, thicker than a lip balm, and very portable. The product is extremely easy to use, which can be a hard trait to find in a cream blush. The color transfers to the skin immediately and the blush can be blended in with fingers or a brush without any struggle. Also, you  will not seen any obvious streaks post application.

Despite all its user-friendly qualities, the colors are far to glittery for my liking. I would not be able to use these on a daily basis; even on a night out, I like to keep the glitter for my eyes and not my face.

Great product, it is just not meant for my make-up bag.
